The Alzheimer’s Show is the UK’s leading event for families, carers, healthcare professionals and those living with Alzheimer’s, dementia or memory loss. Since launching in 2013, thousands of professional and public visitors have come along to find practical advice, resources, help and information as well as the latest and best products and services.
The show features a full conference programme across four theatres with talks from leading experts, professionals, family carers and people living with dementia alongside activity workshops, professional advice clinics and leading dementia and care exhibitors.
The event is held at Olympia London and runs over two days on Friday 7th and Saturday 8th June. Doors open at 9.30am each day and close at 5pm on Friday and 4.00pm on Saturday. One-day tickets are £15 online, £20 on the door.

Alzheimer’s Matters Theatre: The main 150 seat theatre hosts keynote speakers covering a range of topics as well as chaired daily Question Time panel sessions. Speakers confirmed to date include Alison Murray, Head of Inspection CQC, Hilda Hayo, Chief Admiral Nurse & Jeremy Hughes, CEO Alzheimer’s Society. Peter Berry, diagnosed with dementia at 52, will be sharing his personal story and experiences. Topics covered include the latest in dementia research, coping with challenging behaviour, prevention and reducing your risk of dementia, how to get a diagnosis and life with dementia.
Talks & Topics Theatre: This theatre is a unique platform for family carers to give a personal perspective into caring for a loved one with dementia as well as tips and advice. There will also be a range of practical talks covering daily life with dementia from professionals. The talks will address issues such as The Mental Capacity Act, medication, top tips for communicating with a person with dementia and new innovations in dementia.
Exhibitor Workshop: Located at the heart of the exhibition floor hear more from exhibitors on the latest resources, products and services to help those with dementia.
Practical Activities Workshop: Interactive, practical sessions designed to help people supporting those with dementia. Activities include art, Individual CST and beating carer stress.
Admiral Nurses Advice Clinics: Free 25 minute 1-2-1 appointments with an Admiral Nurse.
Dementia Advisor Advice Clinics: Free appointments with an Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Advisor.
