A lady with Dementia would not drink her water and would only drink her tea or coffee, which was being given to her in a blue cup. One day whilst talking to another patient I saw her at the sink washing the blue cup out. I was surprised because this lady did not usually initiate tasks. When I returned from taking a patient to the bathroom I saw the lady filling up the blue cup with water from her jug and then began to drink it. I informed the nurse in charge and we made a plan to leave her with a blue cup for her water as well as her hot drinks. Since then she was drinking really well and independently.

We observe the standard distance selling requirements such that notification of a return must be made to us within 14 days of delivery of an item and then returned to Find in as-new condition including packaging within a further 14 days. If the item has been correctly supplied and without fault, the return costs and responsibility will fall to the purchaser. In the event that the product has been supplied incorrectly, is faulty, or has been registered as damaged on receipt, Find will refund the delivery costs once the item has been returned.
N.B. IN certain cases where standard delivery services are not appropriate, Find will arrange third party collection by negotiation.
