How to Install Door Cals
Step One - Getting Started
Turn back approximately 50mm of the release paper on the rear of the graphic and use this to tack the Door-Cal flush to the top edge of the door
Step Two - Unroll the Print
Roll the graphic up so you can hold it comfortably in one hand. Do not crush the roll. Pull away the release paper slowly wiping the graphic down from side to side. Take your time and ensure no air pockets are left behind.
Step Three - Applying the Print
Work your way all the way down the door pulling away just enough of the release paper as you go. Be patient.
Step Four - Finished Product
Once the graphic is fully applied, trim the overlapping edges off with a sharp scalpel or craft knife. Blend the edge in by rubbing lightly with a medium sanding block at 45 degrees. If any bubbles remain under the graphic, use a very sharp blade or pin to perforate the bubble and rub it down.
